You may either Register at the Show at the times indicated in the Dates and Times
or you can Pre-register by Mail or E-Mail by January 20, 2012 (Details below).

At Show Registration

Youth

Youth 1- Ages 12 and under
Youth 2- Ages 13-15
1st Carving = FREE, any Additonal Carvings = FREE

Open, Intermediate & Novice Class (General Competitions)

1st Carving = $10, any Additional Carving(s) = $5


Pre Registration

By Mail before January 20, 2012
By E-Mail before January 20, 2012

Open, Intermediate & Novice Class (General Competitions)

1st Carving = $10, any Additional Carving(s) = $5
NOTE: For pre-registered carvings there will be a $2 rebate when the carving is dropped off.

 


How to Pre-register...

Pay by cheque with details of # of carvings, descriptions, your name, phone and address.

Send an email - with details of # of carvings, descriptions, categories, your class (or level), your name, phone and address.

Pay when delivering carvings at the show - at the times indicated in the "Dates & Times"
. Carvings will not be accepted at times other than those shown for Carving Registration on the Dates and Times.

Entries can be brought in by other than the actual carver, provided the carver has filled in and signed the Entry Form. This 'Courier' approach is encouraged. The CARVER is responsible for, and must acquire, his or her claim ticket and entry pass. These are absolutely necessary for the claiming of a carving on Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
